In Short – Crack open the gaucho-styled menu and dig into the selection of Latin American steaks and hearty appetizers. The signature cut is the churrasco, a tenderloin topped with chimichurri, a garnished olive oil-based sauce. Cheese sticks with no cheese, terrible service

My party ordered two plates of mozzarella sticks. Not one of the sticks actually had cheese in them. When we brought this to the attention of our waiter, he laughed at us. The manager told us, preemptively, that we had to pay for them before we could even complain. I will never go back to Los Ranchos, and unless you're looking for mediocre shopping mall steak, stay away

Great food, bad service.

The food is great, always consistent. The problem was the waitress that took care of us. She was very rude, amking us feel like we were in a fast food reataurant/cafeteria. She was not very interested in making sure we were satisfied with our food.

All I have to say is 1/2 off on all drinks and appetizers Monday thru Friday 3PM-7PM at their bar.
You can't beat that any where. Ask for Leo excellent service.
