Knows there stuff.. We have an H2 Hummer that we use to give off-road tours.We had a problem with it not turning properly and it felt like it was stuck in 4 wheel drive. Grand prize Chevy could not find the problem and wanted to charge me $1852.00 for not fixing the problem. I called Planet Off Road and spoke to some guy named Luis. He seemed very busy but he was very helpful. The repaired the H2 Hummer and pointed out other little things that they will later repair.But I do recommend this shop.

You'll get all sorts of pissed off.... Not only has my car taken 24 times longer than initially stated (one week is now 6 months), I've had to return my car for the same repair 8 times now. Then there's the issue where they never bother calling you to give you the status of your car. If they tell you to call on a particular day, they don't pick up the phone. Not at the shop, not cell phones. You're simply left waiting and hoping that if you call over 40 times a day, you'll get them 4 or 5 days later. The ONLY reason I've ever been called is so they can ask about their payment. Don't bother with this company unless you've already got a great lawyer.

GOOD WORK, BUT NEVER ON TIME. THEY INSTALLED THE WHEELS & TIRES, TWO DAYS LATER THAN THEY SAID. DID A GOOD JOB. HAVE TRIED 4 TIMES TO GET EXTRA KEY FOR WHEEL LOCKS, STILL DON'T HAVE THEM

Good work. i have had planet off road work on my car for exaust, lift kit and body armor installs. Very good work

Not too expensive but.... Its cheaper to order through them than through an online site but don't expect to ever receive something on the right day. it will always be at least a day late.

Your car probably wont be ready on time...

i have not had too many problems with the product except once where it was very poorly installed
