Cheated!!!!!!!! And they never accepted!!!. Try the churrasco. Please do not listen the waiters recomdations (or lies). I paid a "Butterfly" cutted center loin very similar to my wife's churrasco plate. In other countries that piece of meat is named skirt, entraña or arrachera.

The Best Churrasco in Miami - Los Ranchos. My business colleague and I were in Sweetwater and stopped into Los Ranchos ? I have not been there since the one in Town and Country. It was as great as ever ? the Churrasco with morros was awesome!!! Sat down and promptly attended to. Nice ambiance and really enjoyed the lunch. I finished it off with a coloda and tres leches ? mmm good! I am not sure when is the next time I will be in Sweetwater however I will make sure to stop in into the one by the American Airlines Arena or closer to home in The Falls.

Big steaks and even bigger side dishes are the staples at this classy Nicaraguan institution.. In Short
Crack open the gaucho-styled menu and dig into the selection of Latin American steaks and hearty appetizers. The signature cut is the churrasco, a tenderloin topped with chimichurri, a garnished olive oil-based sauce. An attentive staff is always quick to fill your plate with crispy, buttered bread slices as well as saddling your entree with fried plantains, banana chips and red beans and rice. Weekends get lively with ethnic musical performances.

Cold and Rude. The main entree was OK, but the mixed vegetables were cold, the portions were small and on Valentines Day the prices were inflated! The salad was small compared to the table next to us (maybe they were regulars or did not prefer to have water with their meal and order sodas) which my date noticed. The server came to our table to dump rice and beans on our plate with out a single word. She used tongs and covered all the other food carelessly. She came back and without a word reached across my plate to fill my water while I was eating, very rude! First time and will not go back!

Excellent service and food. This restaurant has been in the same location since 1981. The food is outstanding as is the service. The best plate is the Churrasco with gallo pinto, but all the other items on the menu are yet to dissappoint me. The fried queso is delicious!
