Bad Hygiene. While I was eating at the sushi bar I saw the Chef Blow his nose with a paper towel , not wash his hand and contiue to prepare the food with his bare hands. Short while later he sneezes in his both hands and continues to prepare food. Not once did he wash his hands.

I called the manager and advised them of this issue. They seemed to be concerned about it hopefully they talked to him. I will not be going back to this location.
