GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical of calling them at first because of the previous review on the site but I went ahead and gave them a shot. I spoke to Alan (the owner) and he was very very nice and informative. He guided me through the problems we were having with our Mac and he gave us more information that he didn't need too! Great customer service and there was not one bit of rudeness throughout our conversation.
I give them 5 STARS!
Maybe the previous reviewer spoke to an employee that doesn't work there anymore or maybe the caller or the employee was just having a bad day! No ones perfect. Heck, even our pencils have erasers! : ) Anyway, I had a great experience and so should anyone that calls them for help or repair!

RUDE RUDR RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called them with a simple question about my ipod- RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!, didn't want a help, and gave me BIG ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and crused me out!!!! Please don't use them. Better off going to the apple store.
