Cuban delicacies are served quickly and in abundance at this warmly unpretentious institution..
In Short
Seat yourself at an empty booth and watch a fleet of friendly, elderly "abuelitas" juggling plates loaded with heaping portions of Cuban classics. The signature dish is a palomilla steak, buried under a sea of freshly-cut julienne fries. Most entrees are accompanied with cups of white rice and soupy black beans. Save room for desert, where tropical choices feature coconut, papaya or guava preserves.
