It seems that Margarita was such in a rush wile she was dying my hair and doing my eyebrows. she did not even spend more than 1 minute doing my eyebrows. I still have spots in my hair of my original color, she missed a lot. she could have been more careful and watched what she was doing.

I got a haircut by Dino and he's great!! I loved the results. I told him what I wanted my hair to look like and he hooked me up! He's also veryyy friendly and makes you feel like you've known him forever. I will definitely be coming back to him. He's legit!! :)

I have been a customer of Zito’s for many years. If saddens my heart when I finely had to relocate and find a

new hair stylist in the area.

I could not take walking into Zito’s one more time and dealing with Sharon Receptionist/Manager who is very unprofessional and rude with Michael’s customer’s. Sharon eats at the front desk without shame (She the first person you see when you walk into Zito’s.) Sharon provides terrible customer service and has a “I don’t care”

attitude with the clients of Zito’s .

Sharon does not have any respect for your clients nor does she listen to the customer’s when paying for their services. You ask for the charge to be place on debit she puts the charge on credit. I have now found a new

place to go and what a difference. Yes I may pay a little more but I feel like I’m am treated like a person who

is appreciated as one their clients.

I know I’m not the only one who has complained nor will I be the last. Sharon is killing your business and the

Sad part of this whole thing is you stylist’s are also being effective by Sharron actions.

went to Dino last night and he was AMAZINGGGG. I hardly ever let anyone touch my hair and thankfully Dino took care of me. Trusted him completely. i am defiantly going back to him.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!. Well let me tell you this place is absolutely fantastic!!! I came here on vacation and discovered this lovely salon. Unbeatable... Service, great products and a million dollar haircut. Wish we had a place like this in Canada.

First Time thanks Dino. This was my first time I did a search and seen the 9.99 haircuts and all the great reviews so i decided to give it a try. I made an on line a appt. for Dino and after arriving early I was greated with a warm & happy stylist. Dino took the time to explain everything he was doing especially on my cut. Everything turned out great. I got to meet the owner Micheal and he was excellent also. My only complaint was that I was having color done in the back (head washing area) and there was lots of chatter from rose marie about personal business. I really could have done without knowing about her personal business.Rose marie also made sure to explain to me since I was a 1st timer that if I tip my stylist that she would not see any of the tip so I needed to tip her directly. At that point you have now just talked yourself out of a tip. Dino if I am ever in the Miami area I will be sure to look you up. Dino and micheal happy Holidays and thanks for a great salon visit.

First timer- GREAT experience! DEF recommend! :). I just went to Zito's for the first time today and I LOVE the highlights and color Maggie did for me! She was super sweet, did a great job. Luis did the shampoo and did such an amazing head rub i thought I was going to fall asleep in the chair (see Luis, I told you I would give you a shout out in my review :) I met Mike the owner at the end and he was super nice-- overall-- awesome experience-- love my hair, love their staff, love the price! :)

My Salon!. Have been going to this salon for over 30 years! Maggie is the best! Once a month I see her to do my color and make me look fabulious! Had the pleasure of knowing and having my hair done by "Joe" Micheal's dad. Dread the day Maggie retires.

Maggie is the BEST. Normally I will pay whatever it takes to get a good quality haircut, but based on the reviews of this place I decided to give it a go. I'm a little hesitant to go to cheaper places because I have a short, sort of difficult cut. Maggie was perfect. She was friendly, funny, fast but very precise. She knew exactly what my hair needed! This cut was just as good as the $70 cut I got a few months ago.
