Turn around and Don't walk in !. this place was recommended to us. when we went there we knew that it was a no frills type of place and that was ok. The big problem was the horrible smell from the fish tanks. this smell permeated the entire resturant. It smelled like brackish water and the foam and dirt that was floating on the top of the tanks was less that appetizing. We were afraid that they really used these fish for cooking. It smelled so band and unappetizing that our party of 7 picked ourselves up and walked out even though they already brought water and the bowl of noodles.
Terrible. This restaurant is terrible. Staff is really rude. The food was oily and greasy. One of the worst chinese restaurants in Miami Dade county.
DIM SUM, YUM!.
The dim sum's very good & reasonably priced. No atmosphere, slow service, but the dim sum is usually very good. Some items (taro) aren't as fresh, but the baby octopus-WOW!
8/9/10 Let me adjust my previous review. Although the Dim Sum is still pretty good, the place has taken a real downward turn. It smells bad & it isn't clean anymore. Not fresh any more.
just for the food.
don't expect fabulous pointy wait staff. Don't expect a beautiful bathroom. Don't expect a bright inviting atmosphere. Don't expect anything and go, you will come out the most unexpect delight in traditional chinese cuisine.
Try the Dungeness Crab
Do ask in advance about 'MSG'
Cantonese style.. Good Cantonese style dim-sum, cheapest in the area. Cantonese dinner menu, their tofu wasn't good, but the chicken w/ginger and scallion, clams was good. Hit or miss depending on what you order.
Great Food!. The food's great, however, service needs improvement! I would definiately recommed this restaurant for its food.
