Great food!!!. I have seen this around for ever finally tried about a year ago and totally hooked. The staff is very friendly. It is a definite old school time restaurant with good sized portions and plenty of flavor. The coconut pie is awesome..... Prices are great.. My picky husband and boys love it as well...

The last of the real gems of Miami!. This place is a real gem. It reminds me of Old Florida with an interesting, eclectic mixture of people that you will always see here.

I've been coming here for years and never had a bad meal. You get nice-size portions, good food, reasonable prices and friendly service. What more could you ask for?

This place is a real winner!

Comfort food at comfortable prices. Jimmy's is a great place if you don't like to cook at home. You get home style food and lots of it. We often make two meals out of our dinners; one there and one out of the leftovers. Good value which is good during these times.

Good food,prices and service. l've been eating at Jimmy's since before it was Jimmy's,over 30 years.The food is always good,with large portions.l guess my favorites are the cheeseburgers and meat loaf dinners. They have just come out with a new fruit salad with grilled chicken that is absolutely habit forming.With any restaurant sometimes you will get something not quite right,,but they are always willing to change it for something else.Try it, you won't be disappointed.

good food good price. we dined on meatloaf and chef salad big portions and good value for the money service was courtious and relaxing defiantly a place to try out

Good food, BUT.... Jimmy’s is like Cheers… they know your name, even regulars know each other and look forward to meeting several times a week. I know because my husband and I have been regulars since November, 1996 going there almost nightly. We loved the staff and the food. But lately every time you go in it is a new waitress. Not good! We hardly go any more for one major reason… you are eating and the guys mop the floor. This is with a smelly mop enough to alert my allergies and not appetizing. After telling the owners 4 times, we have limited our 7 X to once a week. Apparently they don’t care for the business of customers who have been “14 + years as regulars”!!!! In this economy can any business afford to run away customers…

Our GO TO place. Whenever we don't have time/don't want to cook, we head to Jimmy's. Always welcoming and huge portions---then I don't have to cook again because we have leftovers :)

Seems to be IMPROVING with time---we've been fans for 25+ years---could be 40---don't remember when we didn't count on them!

Breakfast any time of day!

Jimmy's Place. Great food, best hamburger, cheeseburger in town, really good Cuban sandwich, friends swear by the catfish. They have daily specials...beef tips and noodles on Thursday, huge serving. All booths, mostly for four, one for six and one for about 8. Fun efficient wait staff, we choose Michelle, but they are all great.
