Escape to a tropical paradise of flora and fauna at one of the world's pre-eminent botanic gardens..
In Short
This 83-acre park showcases a living museum of plants from around the world, including native flowers, towering bamboo and exotic water lilies. Seven hundred of the 2,600 known palm-tree species shade the meandering path through the Montgomery Palmetum, one of the largest and most diverse in the world. The park also features a sanctuary for migratory birds, a fern glade, tropical fruit trees and nearly a dozen lakes.
Enjoy slowly and on the right day. We love this place.Have visited three times in the past 6 years. The admission is getting a bit steep for the value factor to be good, but if the weather isn't too HOT and you have the right attitude and time to spend-go for it.The place is beyond beautiful and unique with a capital U.If you like giant Iguanas, you'll be in paradise too.
GOOD PLACE.

It's worthy!!
Serenity Walk. Perfect for a quiet time with the kids. Enjoyed walking around the gardens and seeing the various types of Florida plants.
