Our Favorite Italian Spot In Miami!. Me & my husband love Italian food! Especially me! We have been going to Di Napoli for quite some time! Its officially our favorite spot! We usually drive around just looking for good places. Every time we have tried other restaurants we are completely let down! All so overpriced for no reason, they're not even that tasty! How hard is it to make a decent lasagna ?! Anyway, We live in the Coral Gables area, there are plenty of Italian restaurants to try. We have given up! We wither drive up to Ft. Lauderdale or go to Di Napoli! I am addicted to their Baked Ziti! My goodness its delicious! The prices are so reasonable, the food portions & large & very filling. We love that its a mom & pop place too! Especially since my husband is from New York! Feels very homey. :) The servers have always been very professional, nice & sweet! Me & my husband where actually pretty surprised when we read the bad reviews! I strongly recommend it...Its our Miami Favorite. <3
horrible staff. unfortunately it is difficult to find decent affordable italian food in our area. When we get the urge and build up enough courage we will order from them, even though we know that every time we will have to deal with the rude aggressive and bitter staff, for being a family restaurant they are NOT family friendly, not liking children and making not excuses for it,, they even have a sign up stating no strollers allowed in due to fire regulation laws, who ever heard of such a thing? I will admit the food is always pretty consistent and good. If you do decide that you can handle the attitude of the staff, then enjoy and go in with the attitude and realization that they aren't just treating you like that, that's how they teat everyone.
Terrible Treatment. We called ahead to request seating for our party and were told that we could be seated in 20-30 minutes. We we arrived we were told that if we had too many children they didn't want us since we would be loud and annoying. We told them how many adults and children we had and were again told that we could be seated in 15 minutes. We went outside to wait and after 10 minutes the waiter came outside to tell us that they had decided not to serve us. We couldn't believe the nerve of these people. This is the last time we will ever visit this place and strongly encourage people with children to do the same since they are obviously not welcome.
