Rude and on hold. Been sitting on hold for 20 minutes after an abrubt lady asked me what I wanted and shoved me on hold. I used to get flowers from this shop but apparently their service has gone waaaay downhill. i'll try another florist...

Best in Miami. If you are looking for a consistantly high quality florist with imagination, Trias is the best. I have brought them plates, fabrics and magazines and they always come up with something wonderful using the color palate I suggest.

Best florist I have ever used. Excellent does not even begin to describe how good these people are. The quality and quantity of the flowers, the arrangement, the timeliness of the delivery, all exceeded my expectations by such a wide margin that Trias is the only florist I will ever go to in Miami. It is truly a pleasure to do business with people who obviously take so much pride in their work.
