Rude and on hold

Been sitting on hold for 20 minutes after an abrubt lady asked me what I wanted and shoved me on hold. I used to get flowers from this shop but apparently their service has gone waaaay downhill. i'll try another florist...

If you are looking for a consistantly high quality florist with imagination, Trias is the best. I have brought them plates, fabrics and magazines and they always come up with something wonderful using the color palate I suggest.
