I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Only delivered 1/2 of a $500 order and will only credit $23! Very rude. Do not answer the phone or return calls. Do not use this company!
Pros: good parking
Cons: lousy service, late, will not credit for work not done

They are horrible! First of all, they are not opened from 9-5, it's something like 10a-3p and they don't open one day during the work week. They NEVER answer the phone and when you walk in it's always chaotic and the owners look frazzled, be prepared to wait a long time. I ordered wedding invitations and half were printed on the wrong side of the paper (okay printer's fault, but they should have taken full responsibility for the mistake) but I was still expected to pay full price for the invitations, but was given free Thank You cards (I didn't think that was enough for the big mistake made). After waiting a ridiculously long time for my Thank you cards they came out wrong, twice. I had asked them to print my address on the envelopes, they claimed I hadn't, and charged me an additional $20 for it after they had screwed up so badly on my whole order. Obviously, they lack professionalism and customer service.
