Fake Chicken???. I went to Kon Chau for a Sunday Dim Sum brunch and ordered a chicken friend rice along with some of their dim sum selections. The service was slow and the food was cold. Worst of all was the chicken fried rice. It didn't contain a single piece of chicken, and it was greasy. The cashier rudely told me that they used chicken roll for their chicken fried rice. Suspiciously, the chicken rolls tasted far from chicken. It was soft, and it sort of melted in your mouth. No more Kon Chau.
