Expert Service on appliances.. After sears was unable to fix my fridge I called these guys. The service was fast and the service man was able to diagnose and fix it in one trip. They call before coming so I didn't have to wait around all day unlike Sears. I wish I called Dade Maytag first then I would have not wasted my money on the first sears call. Prices are reasonable. I didn't know that they are offer more makes besides Maytag and are priced low. I will never buy another appliance from a box store because they can't service them.

Wary at this point. Service was immediate. And I mean within two hours. Luckily for me the first call for the machine mechanic who worked on my machine was about 5 blocks from my home. That was great. But the price of the service was scary. The 90 day service warranty is wonderful, and as I have to use it now that my washing machine is still not agitating (The serviceman met the cleaning lady at the house, he then replaced a lid switch. The cleaning lady tells us that the lid switch issue was never the problem just the lack of agitation in the machine. I told this very thing to the phone service provider as I was out of town making the repair arrangements) I will give you an update on the forward service and we will see what comes of my $187.00 service which included a trip fee, cost of switch and labor for installation of the switch. Hopefully I will have a reason to add a star or two.

Excellent service for a fair price.. Repaired my washer in one call. The service technition knew what he was doing. He gave me a writen estimate before the job was completed. The company gave me a 90 day warranty
