THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had the most horrible experience in this store...Please do not shop there...There is no protection to the consumer...There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, the owner is rude, disrespectful and dishonest.

There is nothing WARM about the store, when it comes to the owner. ANd I also rate this store a ZERO!!!

Horrible Customer Service!!!!. How do you rate this store a zero!

Agree with previous reviews that have mentioned the poor customer service. There a multiple dresses that are damaged in the store as happened with our little girls dress. As we tried to discuss this with the owner upon noticing it at home, she was incredibly rude and insulting. She even accused our child of wearing the dress and damaging it, when nothing could be further from the truth.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!

Amazing Store!. I have been going to this store for over eight years and there is a reason I keep going back. Their merchandise is amazing and very well price for their quality .The store is very sophisticated and therefore the prices are going to be higher than target or old navy, but the owner definately does not overprice the merchandise. As a matter of fact I know that sometimes she barely makes anything off certain items to be able to provide a reasonable price. As for the strict policies, that is what happens when you shop at any boutique and any boutique customer would know this. I have talked to the owner and I have been in the store when she gets upset at customers because they try to argue with her and go around the policys. Ther cannot be any exceptions to any customers because that would not be fair. Warm Hearts does offer a wide selection of hair accesories that are amazing and I have always recieved compliments for them. There are some damaged items but they have never been used. They are marked because of people in the store damaging them or cutting them once they were purchased to return them. These items are all on super sale and the employees make sure you know why they have a special price before you purchase them. I would definately reccomend this store to those who know how to shop at boutiques.

AVOID ANY TEMPTATION TO ENTER THIS STORE !!!!!. Management is extremely unprofessional and has no business skills. They sell clothing that is used and damaged and you can't really tell under the poor lighting that they have in the store. Once you get home and inspect the clothing - its too late - they will not refund your money and forget of trying to talk to the owner about it she will just insult you.

Poor Customer Service and Quality of Goods. This store has terrible customer service. The clothing is way too delicate for children to actually wear. The overpriced garments are suitable only if you plan to keep your children home and walking on carpet. Management has a poor attitude with customers.
