Loudest apartment complex I've ever live in. This place is very loud. Unless you live in the top floor facing the ocean, the views are obstructed by all these bushy overgrown sea grape trees... people take their dogs to piss all over the walkways and it stinks like dog piss everytime you walk towards the beach. The trash bins are so loud you can hear when someone from a higher floor dumps something even if you are two units away from it. The people who pick up the trash do it very early in the mornings and make so much noise you can hear it even with earplugs and under the covers. People are plain rude here. Lots of jewish trash. The parking is horrible, there is not enough space for all the cars and getting in and out takes at least 20 minutes from the time you get the slow elevators working to the time you get the valet to move the cars behind you or to open the gate for you to get the car. It's not worth your money. Go to a building with more parking space and less trashy people.

The Worst Place Ever!!!!. This was the worst building I've ever lived in. Nothing worked! the elevators were always down, the plumbing was bad so our floor flooded like 3 times, the a/c in the building didn't work so the carpet smelled like humidity and the walls had mold in the hall. Management was rude and the building was pretty empty because of the huge amount of foreclosures. I would no t recommend this building to my worst enemy. Glad I'm out of that nightmare!
