Totally mislead me! They told me I was getting a fixed mortgage.... This guy told me I was getting the most incredible deal on a fixed rate mortage and now im screwed. Im paying 10% now and am about to enter forclosure all because he wanted to make a little money. Please use someone you trust before you get in to things like this and definitly do not use this guy.
