A dependable business you can trust …. I am truly enjoying my experience with Gray and Sons Jewelers (Surfside, FL), after so many unsatisfactory trials with so many firms worldwide (i.e. in Europe, Asia, South America and Latin America). Man, did I ever tell you about their excellent, professional, quick and reliable service?! My lately purchased Tudor watch arrived last month in perfect condition; it is beautiful and exactly as they posted and described. This now makes it my 7th purchase from them, with an Omega De Ville, Ebel, Rolex Datejust, Piaget Classic, Henry Birks & Sons Men's Watch and not to forget my best and favorite Patek Philippe Calatrava. They are all in remarkable conditions and running just fine.

Honestly, for years now, I have cherished G&S quality merchandise and unbeatable prices with full satisfaction all along. On top of all that, I will never overlook my delight to receive their beautiful catalog on timely basis. I bet, sooner or later, it will have something else that will definitely get my eyes' attention.

Take it from me, an honest long-time satisfied customer, Gray and Sons are highly recommendable to everyone, specially those who appreciate quality in its best and at the fairest prices.

Honor Integrity truthfull--Are You Insane?. Where to start? Whatever you do,don't trust this business with your valuables! Everything will be professional until they recieve your jewelry.Promised to respond within 48 hours with their offer on 14 high-end pieces I sent them.Not only has that long passed,but after getting 0 response or call backs from Jackie,evidently even Mr.Gray cannot return a call.Guess he's still in a meeting...2+ hours later.Smells very dishonest to me.Looks like I'll be in Miami soon.Ah yes,now they are closed until Monday,yet they recieved my jewelry Wed. morning according to usps.Beware..Beware....Beware

Great Rolex Selection and Prices and Interested Service. Gray and Sons suits their offering to your real interest not theirs. They offer a very wide selection of Rolex watches , Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega at the fairest prices. They also buy jewelry, diamonds, gold. Highly recommended and been in Surfside for 30 long years

A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST. MY FATHER HAD RECENTLY PASSED AWAY. I FOUND SOME GOLD AND DIAMOND JEWELERY IN A SAFE BOX THAT HAD BELONGED TO MY MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER. MY SISTER AND WIFE TOOK A FEW OF THE PIECES BUT GENERALLY THE JEWELERY WAS DATED SO WE DECIDED JUST TO SELL IT. I HAD NO CLUE WHERE TO START, SO I WENT TO KING JEWELERS IN AVENTURA. THEY CHARGED ME $825 TO SORT THE GOLD INTO PILES OF 10, 14 AND 18K GOLD, SOMETHING I FOUND OUT LATER NO ONE CHARGES YOU FOR. (THEY CALLED IT AN APPRAISAL WHICH IT WAS NOT). THEY OFFERED ME AN AMOUNT THAT I LATER DISCOVERED WAS RIDICULOUSLY LOW.

AFTER GOING TO THREE OTHER PLACES (WHICH DID NOT CHARGE ME TO VERIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE ITEMS ETC...). I ENDED UP AT GRAY & SONS IN SURFSIDE (ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BAL HARBOR SHOPS).

FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I FELT AT HOME. EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER 3 HOURS THERE TO LET THEM CHECK THE GOLD AND DIAMOND JEWELERY THEIR STAFF (ESPECIALLY JACKIE) MADE THE TIME FLY. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, WARM AND INVITING.

AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CHECKED GRAY & SONS CAME IN $200.00 HIGHER THAN MY HIGHEST BID. ALL BIDS WERE GENERALLY IN THE SAME VICINITY EXCEPT KING THAT WAS 3 TIMES LOWER.

I'll never buy retail again. Sometimes you have to be patient if you are looking for a particular watch - but if they have what you are looking for then the price is great. Like a used car you can put a very good brand (IWC, Audemars Piguet, Zenith are my favorites) on your wrist for a price much lower than buying it new!

Rude!. Interested in some pieces, but received extremely rude correspondence. Have delt with hundreds of jewelers including Harry Winston, Neil Lane, Graff and Tiffany, and assumed similar service...instead, it was very poor.
