I am a 66 year old dentist in Amherst, NY. I have been a customer of Gray and Sons for over 10 years and my experience with them has been highly satisfying. I have used them for buying and selling watches, and for watch repair. The have been very reliable, reputable and extremely professional at all times. They are the ONLY people I would ever consider buying a pre-owned watch from. You should seriously consider them when purchasing or selling your next watch! They are the best.

I spent considerable time looking for a watch and Gray & Sons had an excellent selection. When I visited the store, the service was excellent. Nothing I experienced reflected the poor reviews below. I would highly recommend shopping there because the staff takes the time to educate you about each watch you're interested in. Truly a top notch store. I will certainly be buying from them in the future.

over the last seven years i have been dealing with gray and sons with everything from buying to selling and trading.pricing is reasonable and jackie march has been a true professional.even though i'm from maryland,jackie treated me like an old friend.she knew i was after a cartier phasa and called when one arrived.jackie even covered my shipping expenses when i sent a watch back that i thought suited me but in fact we settled on something that was better suited to my taste.i'm very happy with their service and will continue to shop there for my future purchases.thanks jackie for making me feel special over the years.

Grey and Sons is great, every time I go in their they know my name, and greet me warmly. Jackie is the best, I got better service buying a used Rolex from her then buying a new Rolex from Mayors. The service on the watches is second to none, and I love their "New for Life" program. I am definitely a repeat customer. It is nice to buy from someone that you feel is honest and will make things right if their is a problem. Can you believe it they have a 10 day "no questions asked" return on watches. Horrible Costumer Services!! They treat you like garbage, they are rude and they ignore you at the front door!!! Find other jewelry store for repairs...

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Went to sell a watch, drove over an hour to get there. Once I was there they took my watch, sat at a computer for half an hour to then come back and tell me that the owner wasn't in and there wasnt anything the could do. Called them a few days later and left a message, they never got back to me. Called again and the owner still isn't in, I asked when he would be back and they essentially told me to call every morning to see if he had decided to come into work that day. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, NO ONE AT THIS JEWELERS ACTUALLY LIKES TO WORK.

Worst service !!. Rudest manners on the web. Gray and sons. I assume I got a hold of one of the sons, because if it was one of my employees, all hell would break loose for talking to a client like that. Arrogant, rude and just wanted to hang up on me, I just asked simple questions, he made me feel like I was retarded.

Read some of the other reviews....lol... it doesn't get anymore biased than that. Just look at the reviews. No cons only pros. I'm disappointed that this site acknowledges these as authentic reviews.

what is it with south florida jewelers?. dont go to lunch and think about it when you get a quote from G&S! when you return, like i did, you are on the "pay no mind list". after i received a quote on a watch, i returned to the store 45 minutes later to sell it. both counter girls were waiting on a party of 3. so i stand and wait. as i watched out the corner of my eye, i could tell they were "show me this wannabes". one of the girls walked over towards me and didnt even acknowledge me. "we will be with you shorty"?? 5 minutes later, a guy from the back of the store walks out right in front of my face, grabs a handfull of candy, says something about it to the 2 girls, and turns his back and walks away. not even a "go to hell"? this guy buys and sells used jewelry? he's not a surgeon? these so. florida jewelers that deal in high end-used are all the same: arrogant, vultures, or both. i have been selling some estate jewelry piecemeal for a couple years. i am certainly relieved that i dont buy this as a vanity item or (laugh) an investment. i never saw such lack of customer service or apathy towards a customer. 2 people on a floor pawing over the same party? must be nice.

The Source for great watches and deals. Rarely do I ever take the time to write an endorsement, but Gray and Sons is the exception.

I’ve been shopping and Gray/Sons for nearly 15 years and over that time have purchased about a dozen watches from Rolex’s to Breitling’s and never, never have I been dissatisified.

The staff knows their products, they provide expert advice, and you can always be assured on a fair deal (note that I said fair, not give away). Over the years I’ve relied on Jackie to source numerious vintage piecies for me and she never lets me down.

If you are interested in buying a quality time piece and only want to deal with people of equal quality then look no further than Gran and Sons.
