HORRIBLE SERVICE. First, the food was pretty good, you should know that. HOWEVER, hopefully, you will not get the wait person we had "serving" us. From the beginning, she made it her business to ruin our evening out with our friends. Perhaps she had a bad hair day, or, possibly has a personality disorder. Either way, she should not be serving in a restaurant. This restaurant is far too expensive to have an emotionally unstable volatile person working for them. We concluded that she is related to the owner. Any other owner would not retain someone like this in their employ. Never again will we spend time there.

A great local N. Miami spot. I always loved this place. I haven't been here in 3 years or so. I think they have new management. It dosen't matter. The ambiance is amazing. The menu selections are still great. The wine list is amazing and the service as always is consistent, professional and friendly.

I had one of the best Osso Bucco items ever! We took some friends last weekend. Go enjoy yourself. These guys don't mess around.

I almost booked a flight this week just to eat at Ragazzi!!. Ok, I never thought I would actually write one of these reviews but felt compelled after I saw the negative one posted on here about one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I'm fairly well traveled and have done my share (and a few others share) of dining out. Ragazii rates as one of my two favorite Italian restaurants ever visited. But I must be honest and admit that I have yet to travel to Italy. The staff is wonderful and the accents just add to the atmosphere. The food is incredible!! From the tomato/garlic/basil dipping bowl that you will start with, to the tiramisu you should finish with and everything in between. Although the wine list isn't extensive, there are enough good choices for those that appreciate good wine at a good value. I try to eat at this wonderful restaurant at least twice every trip down Miami/Bal Harbour, and would eat there at least once a week if I lived there. Miami/Ragazzi dreaming on a Friday afternoon!!

Avoid Ragazzi. Ive been to Ragazzi Saturday... and dont understand what all the hype is about.

The service was slow and untimely, however the manager was attentive and charming, the place is not at all cozy and the food was mediocre at its best, bland dishes with little taste and very greasy.

After all I spent $145 in dinner for two, much more than a little neighborhood restaurant without an exciting location or decor might charge. Their wine selection is horrible and highly marked up. What a rip-off. If you are a tourist, save your money and stay away from this restaurant, Not worth it at all!!!!!!!!!

This Surfside neighborhood favorite may feel cramped, but when the pasta hits your palate that's amore.. In Short
Until a recent renovation there were only about a dozen tables at this bustling eatery. These days, the 24 marble-topped tables are still almost always full, but locals have come to relish the expected waits thanks to complimentary glasses of house wine while passing the time. Once inside the intimate dining room, customers load up on generous portions of authentic Italian dishes like osso buco, beef carpaccio or salmon with radicchio.

The Best in Town from the balsera.. This is defintely the best restaurant ever. I go about 3/4 times a month. The Maitre D and the waiters are so generous. The food is excellent and the service is phenomenal. It'a very cozy place to go.

You cannot beat the taste of each meal served with the kindness that one deserves. I recommend to anyone this place to everyone. Taste, variety, and service make this the hot spot of Surfside.

Its worth to spend the gasoline going over there.

Worth the wait. Yes it's small. Yes you have to wait for a table generally. But you have to wait because everyone NOW knows what some us have known for quite some time that this gem has great food and friendly service at decent prices.
