Horrible service. Horrible service and attitude. These people think their stuff don't stink. I simply wanted to get a replacement box for engagement ring but they said they couldn't help me because I didn't purchase the ring at their location. This isn't Walmart! It's Tiffanys. And this came from the store manager! I called the NYC store and they kindly sent me a replacement box, overnight and free of charge. I was expecting better service from the Bal Harbour store. Highly disappointed but thankful the NYC store did the right thing.
Be prepared for your order to be screwed up!. I went to Tiffany in Bal Harbour, Fl to pick out a nice gift for a wedding. While I was able to purchase the gift quickly and easily that was the only thing quick and easy about this experience. I had the gift mailed to its recipient in NYC, and the gift should have arrived on the 7th. Come the 11th I called Tiffany to see where the package was and they could not even locate my item! They had no idea where it was and it took 4 customer reps and 3 days to find the package. They then took more time to send it and of course it didn't arrive on time and I looked like an idiot. I would not use them again, for ANYTHING. I had to explain the entire situation to the same customer service reps (4 of them ) each time as they kept forgetting what was going on. I asked them to call me back to follow-up, but didn't receive any calls. Tiffany did not even bother comping me a shipping fee. Nothing. The service was terrible, they ruined my gift and took forever to deliver. Oh, and it ended up being the sales persons fault at the Bal Harbour location. She didn't send the factory my order on time, and then the factory took 5 days to process my order and the entire order was marked incomplete - for a reason I do not know because no one called me back and explained it to me. Do not make the mistake I did by shopping here, it was terrible they will ruin your order. I should have bought a vase from ROSS they would have done a better job. Tiffany sucks! PS- the package STILL hasnt arrived (this is 16 days after I ordered it! I was promised it would arrive in 3-5 days. Nice job Tiffany!)
Best jewelry store in town.
This is our neighborhood Tiffany's and we love it! It's where my engagement ring came from, along with many other gifts my husband and I have exchanged over the years.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I love going there, even if just to get my beautiful ring cleaned!
Home to the blue boxes that represent classic style and impeccable taste..
From its legendary blue boxes to its ever-popular six-prong diamond solitaire engagement ring, Tiffany's is a staple in the jewelry industry. Although diamonds, emeralds and sapphires represent 70 percent of total sales, tableware, gifts and accessories are popular items as well. Pleasant and accommodating, the sales staff serves customers with respect, whether they're buying a $40 glass vase or a $40,000 diamond bracelet.
