Excellent Service at Gucci in Bal Harbor.
I called the store in the AM, ask if they had a hand bag I wanted to buy for my girlfriend, they called me back and had the correct size, color for me. I informed them I would be there by 11:00AM...was told it would be waiting for me.
I got tied up in the office and arrived at 2:00PM, meet with professional, helpful service, handbag was waiting for me, had it gift wraped, they were curtious, friendly, well mannered well dressed. I totally enjoyed the experience.
Now concerning those who write bad reviews. Your in
the wrong store...Walmart, Kmart and Sears are located elsewhere. Not one of you bought anything because you can't afford it. I paid cash and I'm so glad I'm a doctor and can afford this...Remember the golden rule...treat others like you want to be treated. Be friendly, curtious and stop acting like your entitled. I have never had a bad experience in any store at Bal Harbor...probably because I dress like I'm wealthy, act friendly and ask politely for assistance and I always get it...and when I pull out rolls of $100 billls...they can tell I'm serious..shame on
those of you who write poor reviews that are baseless.
I love Gucci and the whole shopping experience at Bal Harbor....The people who work here are not your slaves, they are there to help assist you...so act like a lady/gentlemen and maybe you'll get great service like I do.
Or else go to your local Walmart...your in the wrong place.
Nasty Behavior and awful management. While browsing the store my wife found herself attracted to this purse, everything when well until she desided to open the purse, this personal assistant made a very nasty remark and went off from there, finding my wife in a dificult situation due to this person, I asked my wife to leave and then another remark (worst than the first) came up, when we ask to see the management we were given a lecture, and at this point I found myself very upset and demanded his/her present, and this even made us think that we where acting unappropiate, I even thought of apologizing to them, was then when my wife and I looked at each other in disbelieve of what just happened to us, the assintant manager came and told us that the manager was busy at the moment and there will be several minutes before we could be seen by this person, in other words, they were testing our patients, well to any person out there that can read this comment, if you like the Gucci brand and style as we do, PLEASE GO TO A DIFERENT STORE, or be prepare to fight an unfair treatment battle, thank you.
Great product/Bad service. Everyone knows that Gucci is great, but why is this stores service sooooo bad? The staff is so rude and unhelpful, and the management is worst. They both think that they are above everyone else, but are truely showing their limited customer service, manners and bussiness sense.
The store is nice and the collection of handbags and shoes are great, but their customer service is the worst. If you need to exchange or return something it's a nightmare. 1st- you must approach the sales staff. Then a supervisor, who have no training at all, then the asst. manager who will enjoys a good fight and then the manager, who you never see becuase he is too much of a coward to meet his customers.
If you want to buy something be prepared to wait 5-15 minutes.My advice is to shop at Coral Gables.
