great pediatrician. We have seen Dr. Straus since my son was born four years ago and have been happy with her. She spends ample time with us and no question is treated as "stupid" (especially important for first time parents). The office staff is not as friendly, but they do a good job nonetheless. Whenever my son has been ill, we have always been seen the same day and haven't had to wait too long. I recommend Dr. Straus for anyone in the Bay Harbor Island area.
