Tips for Paradise Gym

Not for everyone, but perfect for me!. This is the kind of gym where you feel at home. The staff is friendly and the members are regulars. It's not a glamorous gym, but it's certainly not run down. I like that you don't have to "dress up" to work out and the floor isn't packed with meat heads. It's certainly not an Equinox, but that is definitely reflected in the price.

Great gym. Some machines are a little old but they have a good selection of new cable resistance machines. Cardio area is pretty small but seldom crowded. Decent locker room. Staff is helpful and nice.
