Worst Dry Cleaning Experience. I went on a Sunday because it was one of the few places open on a Sunday. The woman who worked there was rude. I walked in and she made me wait for me to speak for 15 minutes. It was very awkward because she was doing nothing behind her desk and nobody else was in the small room. I felt like she made me wait because she simply did not feel like talking. (typical Miami customer service).

I had an expensive suit that unfortunately was thrown up on by my date during a formal reception the night before. I told the woman that I cleaned up as much as I can including using a little bit of soap and water despite the jacket being 100 percent wool. I had the clothes in a plastic bag and a towel over the few small spots on the pants and jacket that there was vomit.

She seemed appalled by me wanting to get my suit dry cleaned and said she would not do it. So she did not want to dry clean my clothes because it was dirty? Isn't that the point of a cleaners? To clean? Anyways she became short with me and suddenly did not speak English. It's amazing how bilingual speakers here suddenly lose the ability to speak english when they don't want to talk to you anymore. I then asked her what the best way to wash my clothes myself. She gave me no advice.

That's fine. I'm not going here again.

Worst Dry Clean ever. I took my clothes for the first time. I had to waste a lot of time because they told me the clothes were ready at a specific day and they were not ready. I came back two times after and they were still not ready. They sent the clothes somewhere different, they don't do it in the same place. When I got my clothes one of my merino sweaters had 4 holes. They did a horrible job and they didn't want to give me my money instead a credit. I don't want a credit because I will never go back again.

They are horrible.

Reasonably priced but bad quality. I took my clothes here regularly for about 1/2 year without any complaints.

Then everything turned bad. They lost one of my shirts and I had to see the manager (who is only there until 11am every day) to get the shirt reimbursed. The very next time I went there, two of my shirts had new stains when I picked them up. The employee was very nice and offered to clean them again. When I wanted to pick the shirts up, one of them was lost. It took them about a week to find it but it still had the stain. So they cleaned it again but the stain was still there. When I confronted the manager (remember, only there until 11am) she said that they dont make that kind of stain (apparently they only do green stains WTF?) - I must have made it. At the end they reimbursed me for the shirt, but it was all a big pain. I am not going there again.

don't bother!. I was desperate to dryclean my clothes for a resonable price. The shirt that I wore once came back wrinkled and in bad shape. The suit that I gave them came back with new stains and the pants were all wrinkled. When I called to speak with a supervisor, there was no one available. They will not expidite the drycleaning, even thought the work was horrible. I am very disappointed with their service, and the quality of their work.
