Beware!. He conducted my hearing with The Solid Waste Department in April of 2009. Their clerks did not serve Notice of Hearing properly. He conducted a hearing in my absense against me without even finding out the reason for my absense. How convenient for the city to deprive citizens of their constitutional right to appeal a citation? I called him and tried to talk to him, he refused, said I should write a letter to the Chief Annete Bell of that Department. I did, but never heard from him or her. I will complain to the Bar about this violation.

I will request his complete disbarment. Judges in the scope of their authority should be impartial. I doubt he is. This is not a fact, just an opinion.
