I thought i needed to change a lock in my house but didnt re. I thought i needed to change a lock in my house but didnt really know how to go about it so i called 24/7 Columbus Locksmith and they came for a free estimate and told me i didnt have to change the whole lock i could get it re keyed and save a lil bit of money and thank u guys for being honest and giving me great service

The customer service this locksmith had was amazing, I wish it was like that everywhere. they really showed that they cared and were willing to help me and give me the best service. Super friendly and patient with me, walked through the whole process with me and communicated with me what was going to be done and the pricing, before anything was even started. It was great! Nice people and company to work with if your looking for a locksmith!

Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can yo. Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can you ask for! I was very happy with their responsiveness. They rekeyed all of the locks throughout my home and they worked much better and smoother than before. I got new keys and better working locks. I would definitely use them again and I recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith!

The locksmith they sent me when I called them to make me new. The locksmith they sent me when I called them to make me new car keys was very nice and very professional. He made me a perfect new set and he did it fast.

Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The. Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashes over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one (high security as opposed to a deadbolt). He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future
