THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!. I would never take our dog back her again. Nobody should take there pets here unless you want lies from all the staff!

We took our Pomeranian in for grooming. We are new to the area and this place was recommended to us. It's still hot outside so we decided to keep her hair "short". When he asked what I wanted I told him short on the sides and her hair long on the top, he said "oh a lion cut, I know exactly what you want".

We pick her up and they bought her out and I told them they brought me the wrong dog (we've had her for 11years), I didn't recognize her. They sheared every inch of her! They made her completely bald. Even her face and ears were shaved bald. No lion cut, not "short", completely bald!!! Then when questioned about the hair cut he said that's exactly what you wanted a "lion cut"...there is no arguing with this stubborn man!

As if this wasn't bad enough, when I got back to the car I realized they didn't give me the collar back. When I went inside to get it he continued to argue that he gave it to me. That "it's against the law for them to keep the leashes"...HE NEVER GAVE IT TO ME!!! He actually followed me outside and proceeded to go through our car looking in the glove box, center console...all the time insisting he saw me walk out with it.

About a half-hour later he had the receptionist call and she said they found the collar in the "parking lot where you parked"....I never parked in the parking lot!!! I parked on the street.

The owner and his staff are all liars. Also, it smells awful inside.

NEVER AGAIN.
