Shape Lovers- Unreliable and Rude. I tried Shape Lovers for 3 days. I called to schedule a delivery window. The driver was very early, wanted to drop off the meals just after 8 a.m. when we agreed to 9:30 a.m. Driver/Delivery person was very rude to the doorman. The food was so-so. I called to cancel and the customer service was terrible. Do not recommend this service.

Worst Customer Service Ever! Even managers are unhelpful!. called last Wednesday to cancel the automatic debit and was told that the driver woudl come and pick up the check. Which is fine, but THE DRIVER NEVER CAME TO PICK THE CHECK UP.

TO my disbelief, my account was canceled and it wasn't even my fault. Furthermore, I wasn't even told of an impending account cancellation. After I touted nothing but good reviews about your service, this is what I get? Absolutely atrocious. I'm putting forth the same effort to give negative reviews now everywhere I can. Absolutely horrible.

The person on customer service didn't even offer any sort of accomodation. My account was canceled. Just like that. Their fault, I pay the consequences.

Great food and even better results. I have been on shape lovers for a couple of weeks. It was recommended to me by a friend. After trying every diet under the sun, i have finally found my match. There is no counting, weighing or watching what you eat. These meals are the perfect portion and are well balanced. I love that i dont need to think about what i can and cannot eat. As a diabetic, i have to really watch the amount of carbohydrates i take in and shape lovers really suits my nutritional needs. I have lost 23lbs with no effort at all. I walk about 30 minutes a day and keep my food portions small. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. I couldnt ask for a better service. I order the lunch and split it so i have the entree and side dish for lunch and soup plus dessert for dinner. I don't think i will ever go back to making my own meals. Its a lot cheaper than buying at the grocery store too!

The best fresh and healthy meal service in Miami (& NYC)!. I just moved to Miami from NYC and was looking for fresh, nutritious food to be delivered to my home. I hate to cook, plus I have no time, but I want to eat healthy. NYC had plenty of delivery places to choose from, but Shape Lovers is by far is the most affordable and best tasting meal service I have tried. The food is fresh and gets delivered to my office everyday by noon. The best part is I've lost 12 lbs without even trying. My favorite part is the dessert. THE MANGO CHEESCAKE IS TO DIE FOR! If you like Latin inspired food, you'll love Shape Lovers. Never thought I'd get to eat the food I grew up on and feel great about it. Thanks Shape Lovers.
