In Short
This Miami institution may have moved to a larger location from its nostalgia-laden original home, but the good and cheap Cuban food that made it famous remains. A large menu of classics includes ropa vieja, boliche (pot roast) and a variety of sandwiches, plus several different kinds of flan.

I can honestly say that Casa Larios has great food, I no longer reside in Miami but every single time I come to visit I make it a point to stop by and get a few dishes, one of my favorite is the arroz con pollo. I would recommend anyone from any nationality to visit Casa Larios.

Good tasting Cuban food ,but too snoobish or right wing tasting for certain people(I am sure). It is in the outside of Mall of the Americas, but seems to have a particular right wing crowd. It is definitively not a people's place. PROS: Nice location, nice food CONS: a bit snob-ish and particulat crowd

If you like hispanic food, you have to check this restaurant out for some really great Cuban food (great black beans). It's much nicer than La Carretta, with good ambiance. My favorite entree is the pollo a la plancha, which is grilled chicken. Their desserts are really great too, authentic.
