This truly is el mejor sandwich de Miami. And I think it has gotten better over the years. Maybe I'm wrong but it tastes like they're using better quality "jamon". Sarussi adds a nice twist to the traditional Cuban sandwich, not that there is anything wrong with tradition. I love the secret sauce and the way the smother the sandwiches with a garlicky oil. I like how they bake them in pizza ovens.…
