Great Service. I found my car with a broken door glass, called them in the morning, and they sent a truck to my house right away. They have great service.

Horrible Place.... Please do yourselves a favor and go find an actual respectable establishment for your Auto Glass needs because if you come to Charlie's you will surely regret it.

A couple of years ago I had the same horrible service from them and vowed never to come here again but since I was pressed for time and they are only a couple of blocks from my house I decided to give them another shot.

I arrived at noon and was faced with four employees sitting behind the counter that were all preoccupied in their own world and when I tried to any of their attention, they reacted snappy and as if I was inconveniencing them.

So I left them my car at 12:10 to replace my passenger-side window which was shattered by a burglar. I had 4 cars before me and they estimated it to be done at 4pm. Okay. I left in my girlfriend’s car and at 4pm I gave them a call to see if it is ready and they told me "No it'll be ready at 4:45"

I called them at 4:45 they told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes that I could start heading over.

I arrived at 5:00pm and they proceeded to tell me it'll be another 30 minutes... I sat down patiently and at 5:45 I asked them again for the status in which they responded "It'll be ready in about 20 minutes"

At this point I am really upset and I asked why has it taken so long and the man told me that they got the "wrong window" for my car and had to go get another and that it should be here shortly and THEN it'll be 15-20 minutes to install. If this window story was true then why not tell your customers the truth instead of lying to them? I'm fairly certain they didn't take my car in until I called them at 4:00pm because they were too busy taking care of the customers who were on-site pestering them to finish their car faster. That's what I get for being trusting and considerate.

Lo and behold I was the LAST CUSTOMER left in the store and finally received my car at 6:45pm. So you are telling me between Noon and 5pm I was the last customer to drop off my car? No I was just the only idiot that didn't stay there to pester them. It's really messed up that the customers that get there and constantly hound them about their cars status got their car finished before mine, even though I was definitely there before them. It doesn't pay to be the good guy. I suggest you Google "auto glass miami" and go to one of the many other places and stay the hell away from this cesspool… But If you do decide to go to Charlie’s I suggest you take some Vaseline and prepare to get screwed.
