Pick-up Service is Ineffective.
Answering the telephone is very important! A business will easily lose customers due to providing low quality phone service.
Denny's on SW 8 ST has the poorest service for pick-up. I repeatedly call to place significant orders and they place me on hold forever. I always get the impression they do not care about phone orders.
With the exception of Debby the staff needs training on telephone etiquette, they need to provide quality customer service over the phone and show they care about the customer's business.
Cindy answered the phone and she said that she will take my order in 2 minutes and I am still on hold. it has been almost haln an hour.
