On Oct. 30th I bought a couple thousand dollars' worth of merchandise from the Flagler St., West ,store. I haven't checked out all of the items as yet, but one of the two laptops I bought had a number of things wrong with it, the major problem being a faulty keyboard. I am not ,necessarily, blaming TD for the problems since it was a refurbished laptop and had a Guarantee from Gateway. However. I had to pay US$175.00 to have the keyboard replaced, and I am hoping that either gateway or TD chooses to do the honourable thing and reimburse me..

Not Direct at all!

I placed an order into Tiger Direct and recieved only 1/2 the order. I spoke to 3 reps in 6 days all assuring me that the paper would be there the next day, and never recieved the paper. NEVER USE TIGER DIRECT! They are completely incompetent.
