WORST phone support ever!. I tried calling their store at the Mall of the Americas in Miami but instead I got redirected to the Philippines. The girls who answer the phone will lie to you and tell you they are at the corporate office in Miami but I recognize the accent.

All I wanted was to speak to an associate in the store to verify that a product was actually in stock and available on the shelf. Something a Filipino in the Philippines can never tell you for sure.

Good Service. This my seven products in tigerdirect, TigerDirect often provides some deals during limited time. But TigerDirect has no coupons for his products, So I loged in couponsavemore。com to get shopping rewards, this site help me to save about 60 dollar.

had to drive for nothing. this is my store for pc stuff, but last week my pc died, come to find out it was the power supply. i went to the one on flagler and i asked a tech who pointed out that it would be good to by a case and power you know change the look. i picked out one that he told me came with power supply but was not available in store. checked and fount it at another store i drove all the way down there only to find out he was wrong and it was only the box power was not included. hate to give tiger a bad review but this is for that tech not the store.

Rudolph Brandt. On Oct. 30th I bought a couple thousand dollars' worth of merchandise from the Flagler St., West ,store. I haven't checked out all of the items as yet, but one of the two laptops I bought had a number of things wrong with it, the major problem being a faulty keyboard. I am not ,necessarily, blaming TD for the problems since it was a refurbished laptop and had a Guarantee from Gateway. However. I had to pay US$175.00 to have the keyboard replaced, and I am hoping that either gateway or TD chooses to do the honourable thing and reimburse me..

Not Direct at all!. I placed an order into Tiger Direct and recieved only 1/2 the order. I spoke to 3 reps in 6 days all assuring me that the paper would be there the next day, and never recieved the paper. NEVER USE TIGER DIRECT! They are completely incompetent.
