In Short – With promises of fresh ingredients and food prep in accordance with the American Heart Association's guidelines, this fast-food chain tries hard to stand apart from its peers. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant often filled with people looking to snag a quick lunch or dinner. Popular choices include the signature chop-chop dishes: moist chicken marinated in a blend of lemon juice and grilled over an open fire.

Okay, so it's overpriced but it really is some of the best food around. The curry sauce is a masterpiece, even the garden salad is somehow better than other garden salads. Coleslaw and tomatoes are great.
You definitely remember you're in Miami when you go through the line at the counter. Customers treat the people working there like they're invisible. It drives me crazy. Those people work their butts off and the tip jar is always emptier than it should be. TIP BETTER, PEOPLE!
- Pros: curry sauce, great staff, vinagrette dressing
- Cons: , rickety tables, small dining area

$8 for a chopped chicken breast over yellow rice is not a bargain. The food is very good, but Chicken Kitchen provides absolutely no ambiance for a sit-down meal and should only be visited when picking up food after a work-out.

I used to eat there twice daily, now never. The portions have been drastically cut, while the price has increased by at least 15%. Even the sauces are now watered down. Bring back the Old Chicken Kitchen!
- Pros: healthy
- Cons: parking, portion size, service
