Good italian food. I've had the pleasure of dining at this establishment twice. I had a positive experience both times. The service was great as was the food. I highly recomment the gorgonzala and pear stuffed pasta. I recommended the same dish at another restaurant, but this one is just as good or better. We also loved the figs and cheese dessert. Simple, but VERY tasty. My only problem is the over-priced drinks.

One Satisfied Customer. Can I say Wow!!!!!????!!!!! I had not been to Sole since the remodel and was happy to see the new look was very inviting and cozy! Great job! As usual the food and service were phenomenal!!!! Kudos to the Chef and the owners!!! You guys are doing something right in this depressed economy...still trying to please every customer that walks through your door!

I brought a friend in from out of town and she was very impressed and left satisfied on all counts! Raving about the dinner, wine selection and dessert.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordinary Food. This place serves very ordinary Italian food. You can do better at home. If you sit outside, get ready for traffic noise.

CASUAL & TASTY. MY HUSBAND & I ALWAYS ENJOY OUR DINNERS AT SOLE TRATTORIA. THE FOOD IS TASTY, GOOD SERVICE, GOOD SELECTION OF FOOD & WINES. IT IS KID FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE TO SIT OUTSIDE. THE FIRST TIME WE WENT WAS FOR MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY, (OVER 2 YEARS AGO) WE MADE A RESERVATION, AND WHEN WE ARRIVED, THEY SAT US WITHIN 5 MINUTES, AND WE JUST LOVE IT!

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

A popular little Italian eatery with a sunny disposition.. In Short
Living up to its name, this is a sunny little space with dappled gold walls. It's decorated with big, colorful artwork and lots of small tables crammed onto the long, narrow terrazzo floor. There's also a cute, cozy bar and many tables spread out on the sidewalk. The menu is filled with Italian favorites, such as linguine and clams and polenta with mushrooms.

South Beach Rude in South Miami. This was a terrible experience. We walked up to the restaraunt, and our group appeared invisible. We gave our name and were quoted a 40 minute wait (4 people). Well, we waited for OVER 2 hours!!! We checked with the host periodically, and he did not appologize. Better service is expected in South Miami, but it felt more like South Beach. Servers had the attitude that they were doing us a favor. But our biggest problem was with the host, and his attitude. We gave the waiter a chance to redeem the evening, but he failed. The food was acceptable, not worth a 2 hour wait. Stay away from Trattoria Sole, or better, go to South Beach, where you can expect bad service.... At least you have the beach ambiance. We will never go back. (And we visited Trattoria Sole 11/02, So I've had some time to cool off.)

bad-mannered HOST!. A group of 7 of us dined at this restautant on 9-13-02. The host was very rude to us form the beginning. Weather was bad that night lots of rain, and parking was hard to find so we arrived 10min late. The host advised us callously that we were late and as a result of that our table had been given away, and that we would have to wait! As the evening moved on our server was very nice. However, not even five min after the waiter droped off the bill for us to sign, the host once again very uncouthly advised us that we had to get up from the table and move to the bar! And NOT in a NICE manner. I understand poeple are waiting but show a little courtesy towards paying customers. Lastly the Food was ok no big deal, olive garden has better food!!!!!

Blu. The pizzeria as part of Trattoria Sole is the best! I absolutely love the oceana. Try it, you will love it. AND They have great coconut flan!

Plus the outdoor dining is fabulous.
