Good off the strip location. I am a timeshare owner at this resort. We visit every two years. We love it because it has a great location. There are several Columbian and Cuban restaurants, McDonalds, Subway and supermarket within a two block radius. They serve a reasonable free continental breakfast daily. Each floor has a laundry room. The pool and hot tub are nice and you can access the beach from the pool. In 2008 they were constructing several upscale hotels next door. If they have been completed we expect it to be more active this year. I have to say, the pull out couch is terrible. All you feel are metal springs. The Art Deco decor in our suite is a bit much. An update would be great, but overall we enjoy our stay.
