Sudsies... Epic Fail in customer service!!!. Have used Sudsies for several years & mostly a pretty good service. Sent in 7 Vilebrequin linen shirts & they all came back brittle & stiff & falling apart. Met with the owner Jason & he sent shirts out to a lab to be evaluated. Lab results say the fabric is not strong. Sudsies did not mention to lab they use starch on linen. Big no no. Bottom line is $1400.00 in shirts in garbage. Would have deducted for a lil wear but not offered. SHAME on you Sudsies... Bad customer service.…

i live in coral gables and was in search of a good dry cleaners for the last 10 years! Finally!!! I was turned on to sudsies and my clothes (and I) love them! You would think I was there only
customer. They are Eco-friendly, the quality is great, and you know that bag full of handwashanles in your closet, they take care it for you! Reasonable prices and they pick up and deliver at you front door...not to mention, they provide you with quality hangers and a cute yellow laundry bag! Thanks sudies! I love you as much as you love my clothes.

I have been a Sudsies user for months now and I must say, I am most impressed with their service more than any other dry cleaners I have tried before. One thing that I like about Sudsies is their FREE pick up and delivery service. I saved time and money with this amazing service of theirs, and I think most (if not all) Sudsies fan will agree to this. It was nice of them to deliver the clothes either on your home or the office, which allows you not to worry about picking up your garments anymore! Plus, they always deliver ON TIME, their staffs are nice and friendly but professional, and the quality of their service is of the highest. Definitely highly recommended!…
