True professionals at your hotel:. We had a delightful experience at your hotel. The staff was so pleasant and made us feel like welcomed guest's. The bar staff really paid attention to detail. True professionals at your hotel.

What can I say about south beach. Fun in the sun..comfortable rooms, excellent staff. I haven't been that relaxed for a long time. Everyone from housekeepers, bartender, front desk...very friendly I feel like I have known all of you for years, yet this is my first trip.

We had a wonderful time.

Thank you again..we will be back.

You guys really made us feel at home:. Hi Janise,

I just wanted to send you a note telling you how much we enjoyed our stay with you and your staff at the Chelsea. You guys really made us feel at home. I'm looking out my window at eight inches of snow, wishin I was still in Miami. It's hard to believe two days ago I was running on the beach in shorts enjoying the beginning of 80 degree day. Hope to see you again.

We'll Be Back..!!. Dear Janice,

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea-especially the happy hour free drinks at 7pm! The staff is very friendly and warm: offering to help us in several ways. The shuttle to and from the airport is also a great idea and added greatly to the convience of our trip.

Lovely Hotel. Lovely Hotel and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Key Card had to be reactivated every day which was a bit of a pain, but other than that a grea time was had...

Blind Date. This is the best hotel in South beach. Even though it rained the entire weekend we still had a great time.

My friends were blown away when I told them last saturday night Blind Date the show filmed one of their dates at the Chelsea. I love that show! It was cool watching how they put things together and the couple was cool, they are both living in Miami..This made my trip.

Ready for the Holidays. Wow!

I love your christmas tree. I have never seen anything like it, the huge ornaments and the umbrellas are fantastic! I would love to know who decorated it your lobby they did a wonderful job.

Our stay at the chelsea was wonderful and very relaxing. Monica outside with the manicures and pedicures, the free cocktail hour. Your entire staff is very friendly.

LIVE DJ. I loved South Beach! The sun, beach, water, people. The area has such young energy. I am from Chicago right now we have snow and cold weather all over the place..it was great to get away.

The Chelsea was fantastic. Live D.J playing house music until 2am on their front porch. Manicures and pedicures during the day.

Staff was very friendly always greeting us with a smile.

The beds are amazing. Even though the rooms are small they have made great use of the space. I love the down comforters and pillows.

Thank you Simon, Steve, and Janice you were all very helpful. We will be Back!!
