When we were finished with our conversation about allowing my cat, fish, and snake.... she said "No Worries". I thought that was great. No pet deposit at all!!! Great. When I told Gigi I can look at apartments Tuesday September 9, 2008 she asked me if I had money for a deposit. Who in their right mind would put $200 down just to look at a place. She told me to call her back next week when I had the money. I called her back five minutes later and told her I can come up with the money by tomorrow. Gigi: What location are you looking for? Me: Somewhere close to South Broward and 75, No where near 95 Gigi: What's 75 Me: (laughing) I-75 Gigi: (confused with an attitude) I don't know where that is. If a relater in the business for over 10 years asks for a location and in response says "Where is that". Give me a break. She later responded "I'm eating lunch right now and my client just walked in. I'll call you back later." Like I want her to call me back. This place is rude, selfish, and ignorant. Don't use them ....PLEASE. The only one that rated them a 4 or 5 must have been desperate or on something. DON'T DO IT ~Mel~
Pros: I'm glad she showed her true attitude before I moved in!
Cons: I wanted that "Pets allowed FREE" Oh well

Horrible attitudes, the properties they manage are run down, and covered up. So that you think it's better than it is until you move in and then all hell breaks lose. Then when you contact them, they are rude and sarcastic and wait exactly 7 days to do repairs and the repairs are so crappy that it wasn't worth the $50 they paid the "random" handyman to do it. Avoid them at all costs.
