WOW WOW WOW. This is an awesome realty company; time after time GIGI has helped me, saved me and put me in the best areas North Miami has to offer. I moved down to North Miami for college and for the past three years GIGI has treated me with the upmost VIP service. I feel honored to write a review on her expertise, any time a friend or family member has needed a place to live I do not hesitate to refer them to GIGI. GIGI will go out of her way and bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will continue to come to Gigi for her help in the near future. If you are in need of a place, call Renters Paradise and ask for her, I am sure that they are all great people but I have to say she is the one to go to! REMEMBER ASK FOR GIGI!
This company is a dump!.
I called them because i was looking for an apartment. Sara answered, so i asked her if they had plenty of apartments in south beach in my price range and i asked her about some of their listings if those were available and she said yes. She said that i needed to go to their office first. So i went on a 20 minute drive to their office and one of the agents had me fill out an application. I asked for the ones listed on craigslist and she said those were not available. She said she only had apartments in nmb so i said ok well lets go see.. and then she came back saying they were 400 more then my price range. So i just walked out.
They use stock photos and say their apartments are 750-1250 but when u get to their dump office they want 1500.
Stay away dont waste your time like i did.
VERY GOOD RENTAL SERVICE.
I rented an apartment from Renters Paradise and found the process to be highly effective. The office manager Lorraine presented to the landlord the shortcomings on my application in a way that made me seem like a good tenant to be. I was able to move in with 1 months rent and 1 months security deposit when I thought that my foreclosure would hamper me from even getting an apartment without having to put up an arm and a leg. Thank you Lorraine. She did a great job for me and would recommend her to all my friends.

PROFESSIONAL AND FAST. AFTER HAVING A SUDDEN JOB TRANSFER TO THE MIAMI BEACH AREA, I CAME ACROSS A WONDERFUL SERVICE CALLED RENTERS PARADISE. I WAS GREETED IMMEDIATELY AT THE FRONT DOOR BY CECILIA WHO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT THAT I WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO FIND MY DREAM APARTMENT THAT DAY. SHE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND EXPERIENCED AND I WAS MOVED IN THE NEXT DAY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS SERVICE WAS FREE BECAUSE THEY WERE SO HELPFUL. I WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS RELOCATING TO CHECK OUT THIS COMPANY. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY IN HOTELS. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!
DO NOT TRUST RENTERS PARADISE.
Last year 2010 around June I found a beautiful apartment in Miami Beach on Craigslist, I called the number listed and spoke to ANGEL from Renters Paradise, he took me to the apartment and I knew instantly it was meant for me....
I went back to his office on 67 and Collins he pressure me into giving him money to hold it even thought I had not yet been approved for credit but I liked the apt so much I gave him $500 to hold it and as he said: "I will STOP showing it to others", later that day I filed out an application and next day I was approved...
Three days after my credit aproval ANGEL from Renters Paradise called and said that the apartment was not longer available because someone else was going to move in, I could not understand if I gave him $500 (as he asked) why he keep showing the place, not only I was upset and sad but I got even worse when he could not find something else at the same price and conditions, it almost seemed on purpose and premeditated.
He show me three apartment more, they where dirty, more expensive and in terrible shape, I had to move right away so I ask for my money back and ANGEL was never available, I ended up talking to a GIGI and she said we had to wait to get SOME of the money because they had to keep a fee UNBELIAVABLE I was ready to burn that office, finally a week later I got a personal ck from someone in that office for $425.
To top it all off, I work near the apartment and always pass by the area, guess what? for the next 5 months the apartment was empty NO ONE moved in ever after Xmas I stop passing by.
Today it has been one year since the incident and I just found out that my best friend also try to do business with them and he was ripped with the same exact story different apartment.
I will like to take them to court but I am not sure that what they are doing is consider illegal in court, so the next best thing is to write this review and hope that you do not do business with RENTERS PARADISE REALTY as they are the biggest scan realtor in the city.

Excellent service.. I moved down from New York and had an appointment with Renter's Paradise with one of their agents, named Gigi. I arrived there and was promptly greeted and was out the door to see properties within minutes of arriving. The agent showed me four properties and I went back to the complex and got approved the next day. I moved in 2 days after and was very satisfied with the level of service I received from them. I highly recommend their FREE services.
Avoid them like the plague! Look on Craigslist instead!!!.
Moved from another state - was shown around by Orlando, who was very helpful, although showed me places above my budget. Ended up finding a place that was $50 over my budget, but whatever. Before I moved, I had all the utilities turned on, and was told by Amanda that she was postitive that the stove was gas and had to have it turned on. Once I moved in, the stove was NOT gas and had it turned off, but lost $50 for the connection fee. When I called to tell Amanda and see if they would reimburse me the $50, because I would have never turned it on otherwise, she flat out told me NO. Didn't even apologize or anything, and was very short with me. I then told her that I had to move from the place after a week because of the cockroaches and termites and she told me that it was not their problem and that I had to call the property management. I knew this and had done this of course, I just wanted to let them know. She said that she didn't care and then I told her thank you for your help and she hung up on me.
Had my doubts when I started dealing with them, and I should have listened to my gut instinct. Avoid these people like the plague. They will only be aggravating in the long run!
RENTERS PARADISE - SCAM ARTISTS & LIARS~.
Went to Renters Paradise of A$$holes and met this old fake a$$ lady named JERRI. First of all, she tried to show us places that were well outside our price range and tries to convince us of getting it. After repeatedly telling her our price range, she finally showed us some places.
First of all, we go the first place, she doesn't even know where it is. I got there first than her. Secondly- she told ME, a total stranger the lock box combination of the place, (which had the key in it) because she couldn't see and is blind as a bad, yet can drive a vehicle.
Found a place and was rushed in to give a deposit. Even called me twice while on the way home.. Gave them 900 dollar deposit and found out that the landlord didn't want to rent to me. I called JERRI back and asked when I can get my money back. She told me she DIDNT KNOW WHEN SHE WILL BE BACK TO WORK... I told her that I would gladly go today and see her and was told she wasn't going to be there all day. ...
I go anyways and of course. shes there and I freaked her out. The look on her face was priceless.. Long story short... had to wait there for hours to just be told countless lies by this bitchh. Told me SARI, the kunt broker wasn't there, when I saw her and can hear her talking in the back room... FUKIN AMAZING! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!! AVOID THEM!!!
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
MY APT WAS DIRTY NOTHING WAS FIXED AFTER A YR LEFT THE PLACE IMMPECABLE AND STILL THEY KEPT SOME OF MY DEPOSIT !!!!!! THEY ARE RUDE ARROGANT BUNCH OF b__________ I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HUSTLERS!!!!! THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT LOOKING INTO THESE CROOKS!@
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Biggest Hustling Low-lifes in Miami.
HEED THE WARNINGS!
I had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with them. These people are nothing but bottom-feeding sharks.
Totally unprofessional and unethical thieves. The agent I dealt with acted like my friend but turned out to be a hustling scumbag- typical Miami trash.
I made a long distance move from 1400 miles away to Miami. I looked at a place that needed a few repairs and was promised they would be done before I moved in. I get to Miami on moving day and nothing was ever touched or repaired. I then found a myriad of hidden issues that made the apartment unlivable, as things started to fall apart around me. I had to go to a hotel. I notified them and was promised everything would be fixed, but they dragged their feet on it, letting the repairs sit for over a week.
Finally, running up a huge hotel bill, I ran out of money and time and had to move BACK to my home state. When I told them I wanted out of the lease they showed their true colors. Becoming nasty beyond description, they flat-out refused to give me any of my security deposit or the first month's rent back I had paid. As a matter of fact, they wouldn't let me out of the lease unless I signed a paper saying that I couldn't file a suit against them.
The sleaze ball agent that I dealt with even had the audacity to tell me "It's time to grow up, this is how the world works." Luckily for me I was able to retain my composure... I should have broken his head open right there and I'm sorry I didn't. Maybe the next time I'm in Miami.
In total, I lost close to 3,000.00 to these degenerates. I later found out that the condition they rented the
apartment to me in actually violated Florida law. Had I known this, I would have taken legal action.
I learned a valuable lesson, so that's one thing I can thank them for if nothing else. They'll take you for a
ride.
