Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!. Worst Customer Service My family and I have ever came across. We were in town for vacation and decided to order a pizza, wings and soda. They called us 30 minutes after we ordered to inform us they didn't have mushrooms and what would we like instead. After ordering another pizza that they said would take another 25 minutes. They called us to come down from our room to get the pizza and there wasn't a pizza. They forgot the pizza!!! The whole process ended up being nearly two hours. From the driver's phone, my husband spoke with the night manager who ended up dropping three "f bombs" on him. Incredible. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - EVEN IF SOMEONE RECOMMENDS IT (OUR HOTEL DID!?)

horrible service and mediocre food!!!. The food is mediocre at best, but most notably the service is horrendous (long wait times and rude people). Instead I suggest you try Steve's Pizza, Pizza Fiore, Piccolo Pizza, or anything else really. We waited 1 hr 30 min for delivery the last time we ordered and then the driver became angry and rude over the phone. He was rude enough we had to send him back with the food even though we were starving and had nothing at home. When we called and reported what happened, the manager reacted quite unapologetic and stubborn about the whole thing; they offer bad service from the top down. You have been warned.

Great pizza, horrible service.. Cons:

1. The place wasn't air-conditioned. A pretty useful thing to have in Miami, especially in the summertime.

2. The restaurant was dirty.

3. People (even non-workers) kept coming in and out of the kitchen.

4. They gave us bottled water when asking for water (taken care of).

5. Pizza took FOREVER to come out.

6. Some staff didn't speak English.

7. When asking for change to help pay for the bill, the lady told me they didn't have any change to give.

8. The menu was a joke. Items were misspelled and things were written so poorly it looked like a five year old made it.

9. All of the seats are located next to the oven, so the heat from that along with the general Miami heat doesn't mix well. It also created alot of noise.

Pros:

The pizza was very good.

Good Pizza especially late night!!. This place is not bad, I have eaten there several times. The pizza is okay, plus they open really late.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! IT'S NOT WORTH THE TIME!!!. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FOOD FROM. THEY NEVER PUT CHEESE ON YOUR SANDWICH, WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAINT THEY SAY YOU ARE ANNOYING!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS??? THEN THEY PROMISE TO SEND YOU ANOTHER SANDWICH WITH CHEESE AND PICK UP THE OTHER ONE AND THEY EITHER NEVER COME OR THEY BRING SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU INNITIALLY ORDERED. THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, ARE VERY RUDE. THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE DOWN. IT WILL HAPPEN SOON!!!!

I AM SERIOUS!!! WORST EVER!!!!. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, IF YOU ORDER DELIVERY THEY NEVER SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED, AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ANIMALS, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CRA P, CALL THEM. I AM DEAD SERIOUS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT "SERVICE" MEANS.

AUTHENTIC PIZZA at 6646 Collins Avenue. AUTHENTIC PIZZA

Don't believe the previous review, which is unfair in that it expresses anger that Venezia is not something other than what it is.

Venezia Pizza is an authentic pizza place with its own professional oven in a non-fashionable area of Miami Beach that, in addition to locals, attracts mostly Latin American and European tourists. There are a few tables and also a counter where one can eat, along with some tables on the sidewalk.

That all there is, and that should be clear at first glance. Customers who want more should go elsewhere.

We have both eaten there and ordered pizza for delivery. On both occasions the people were friendly and courteous. The delivery pizza arrived in less than half an hour. The house special pizza is delicious. Though Spanish is the first language for most of the employees and most of the customers, on every occasion when we visited or called Venezia Pizza the staff greeted us in English before we said a word.

This is a simple place with no attitude that serves good pizza.

For those who prefer a Smiley Face ambience with Plastic Pizza there is a Pizza Hut just down the street.

WORST Service on Beach. The food is okay. It's open very late, which is good.

But in Miami, a city known for bad service, this place takes the cake!!! This is the WORST restaurant for service I have EVER eaten at.

They don't answer the phones. They don't come to your table. Even when I sat at the counter, it was 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. And when they finally did come to me, they didn't speak English.

Delivery? Forget about it! We're talking a minimum of 2 hours.

Don't EVER eat at this restaurant. Pizza Fiore has much better food and much faster delivery, but they're not open as late.
