Radisson/Deuville: Car was stolen, Bad service, rude and ill treatment by the staff.
I am writing this review . First : ?MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THE VALET PARKING?, Second: For the rude and ill treatment we received while staying there. Third: I had to change rooms, no hot water, toilet would not flush, shower drain clogged, beach towels dirty, not enough cavanas for the beach, dirty pool ; the Hotel Info presented in your official Website [--] does not reflect the real condition of the hotel. I had friend come to visit and I was embarrassed by the deterioration state of the hotel. I had stayed at this hotel various times before and it was the reason we came back.
The valet parking service was the worst I?ve seen in my life, If you were to call for the car, they would say that if you retrieved the car, they would not guarantee parking upon your return. You could not go to South Beach or any place else. We left our car there on Thursday at 6:pm and never took it out until Sunday, our last day. We asked the valet at 6:30 PM for our car, they said that we were 6th in line, after 45 min I complained and they said ?your car is next?, it was 8:00 PM before we were told the car was missing and it could not be found, we were able to see what a lack of order, organization, manners and service the parking attendants had. People were arguing because of delay in getting their car, rudeness in the part of the employees. We finally had to call the POLICE and file a report. If you leave your car at a reputable Hotel and they charge you $20 a day for Valet Parking It is expected they would park in a safe place and have some type of security to protect the car and check in to see if the cars entrusted to them are there.
No word of apology or compensation for the expenses I am going to have to incurr due the theft of the car.
Oh yes after 3 weeks of trying to speak to a Manager I got an answer "no refund, but I can give you a complimentary stay. I would have to be crazy or have a loss of memory to go back to that place. NEVER AGAIN!
