not a ripoff. We stumbled into this hotel late one night recently when our reservation was not honored at another joint.Boy,was I glad we were forced into this out of the way island of peace and quiet.The people were very helpful and the rate was very good.The parking was ample and cheap w/none of that "valet"parking racket that almost spoils sobe for many.You park all day for less than 7 bucks w/no tipping.The perfect beach is right there.The rooms are clean and everthing works,even the mini fridge kept drinks cold.The biggest room complaint is hardly anything to watch on the tube.You are a few feet off Collins but it feels like a mile.
