I DON'T LIKE THIS HOTEL. I don't have anything nice to say about this hotel. I made my reservation on their website and I spoke with them on the phone to make sure I was getting my moneys' worth. My arrival was pleasant until I went up to my suite and found that it was for the disabled. Initially I was not concerned but when I went to the bathrom I found it did not have a tub. It only had a shower with a curtain and it was dirty with mold and mildew. Showeing became an unpleaant experience as the water would spill and splatter all over the floor. I used towels to wipe up wet floor making it difficult to walk over to the sink. I called the front desk and was offered a different room but I had unpacked and did not want to move to another room. Finally around the third day a cleaning lady came to clean the dirty bathroom. She did an excellent job.

I also had trouble accessing the Internet on my lap top. It took several men and various phone calls to the front desk and the 800 number they gave me to resolve the problem. I had to keep my computer in hibernation at all times. The soda machine on the 8th floor was not working and it was not repaired while I was there. I requested a small refrigerator to keep my water cold.

The only nice thing I have to say about this hotel is the ocean view from the bedroom window was spectacular and the staff is friendly and curtius.
