Great Gym!. So, I came to this place with one of those coupon deals and got hooked right away. I like to consider myself a fit person that has been to gyms all over the world, but this place had an energy like no other. The staff, trainers and members were all so down-to-earth and helpful. Wow!. Friendliest staff I've ever seen at a gym. Everyone is so welcoming. Been to many gyms around the world and all the so-called gyms on South Beach. This place gives me the best work-out of my life. The classes are intense and exactly what I need. What I like best is that everyone makes me feel comfortable. I HATED South Florida Boxing & Fitness. There are plenty of other gyms to go to, this one is not a good choice. I hated every minute of this place mainly because of the staff. I hope that helps.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
I've been a member to most all gyms in Miami Beach and I can safely say this was the ALL TIME WORST place.
They are okay when you first sign up but then they treat you like dirt. They only care about getting the next person in.
Also the place smells like an armpit.…
