Tips for Best Dry Cleaners Shoe Repair

Horrible service. Dont know what they are doing!!!. I work for a concierge company in Brickell and figured to give this place a try. I took in 3 pair of shoes all over $400 to have have the sole and heel caps replaced. Not only were they not ready when I picked them up on the pick up date and time but they cracked the mosaic glass art work on my heels "BOTH". I called the owner only to be told rudely that they didnt break the heels that I was wasting my time calling because they are not going to replace the shoes. I was also told to tell the owner of the shoes to learn how to walk in heels since the owner is the one that broke the heels. These people just want to make a quick buck. What they really need to do is learn how to repair shoes and treat their customers with respect. NEVER TAKE YOUR SHOES HERE!!!
